Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

(a) All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 Business Days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving an order confirmation email. Orders received after 5pm will be processed the following Business Day. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

(b) Currently we offer delivery within Australia, including remote suburbs and also offer international delivery.

1. Fees & Charges

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. This price will be reflected in the total cost at checkout.

2. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

3. Delivery Times

(a) Delivery to metro areas generally takes 2 to 7 Business Days after the order has been shipped.

(b) Delivery to remote areas can take up to 14 Business Days after the order has been shipped.

(c) Although we endeavour to meet the estimated delivery times above, the actual time taken to deliver your order is subject to potential delays due to high order volumes or postal service issues that are outside of our control. Please refer to the order tracking status for delivery details.

4. Delivery Guidelines

Please note we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

If no one is available to sign for the order at the specified delivery address, it will be left for you unless it is unsafe to do so. If the order is not left at the delivery address, you will receive a collection card with instructions on how and where to collect the order.

5. Change of Address

If your order has not been shipped from our warehouse, you may be able to change your delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible should you wish to change your delivery address. Please include your order number and the new delivery address.
